Accelerate is a structured, 12-week Leadership Growth Pathway designed to develop leaders at every stage of their leadership journey - from stepping into their first leadership role to leading departments and driving organisational growth.
Combining the KgrowtH® Frameworks, leadership development, self-mastery, and personalised coaching, it supports leaders in strengthening their confidence and capabilities, developing effective approaches to leading people, and creating the conditions for stronger team performance and sustainable organisational growth.
Your pathway includes 10 × 60-minute personalised coaching sessions and access to the following development resources:
- KgrowtH® Identity Framework - developing an understanding of who you are versus who you choose to be as a leader.
- KgrowtH® Self-Mastery Process - strengthening self-awareness, self-leadership and mindset, and developing the ability to navigate pressure, uncertainty and challenges successfully.
- KgrowtH® Coaching-Led Leadership Skills Framework - applying the KgrowtH® Approach to unlocking heightened team performance by developing the coaching skills to lead, empower, and develop your team.

Meet Your Coach
Kristina Todorova, Founder and Lead Mentor at KgrowtH®, brings a multidisciplinary background in mentoring, strategy, organisational development, leadership, and transformational coaching.
Having founded and grown businesses, led her own team as a business owner, and held responsibility for building departments and managing larger in-house teams, Kristina understands the realities and complexities of leadership across different organisational environments.
Holding a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, covering areas including cognition, neuroscience, and high performance, she combines practical leadership experience with an understanding of the human factors that influence how people think, behave, and perform.
As an award-winning coach and founder of a digital coaching platform - her first EdTech venture - which enabled people to coach themselves towards personal and professional success, her approach is grounded in the belief that effective leadership starts with the ability to lead ourselves.
Through personalised coaching and the KgrowtH® Approach, she helps leaders translate self-awareness and self-mastery into effective leadership practices. Drawing on the KgrowtH® Identity and Self-Mastery Frameworks and the Coaching-Led Leadership Skills Framework, Accelerate develops the ability to lead with clarity, connect with people, empower teams and drive performance, bringing together the human and strategic dimensions of leadership.
