Kristina Todorova, Founder and Lead Mentor at KgrowtH, brings first-hand entrepreneurial experience and a multidisciplinary background in mentoring, strategy, organisational development, and transformational coaching.
Having founded and grown an EdTech platform and a service-based business, she understands the realities of building and growing a business - from early-stage development to expansion and scale. She has worked as a mentor, strategist, and coach with early-stage start-ups and established businesses across tech, fashion, wellness and hospitality. Her work focuses on strengthening founder confidence and capability, developing leadership, and enhancing team and business performance.
Her intuitive mentorship approach combines strategic thinking with intuitive exploration and transformational coaching.
